Echo and notes for GET-only clients.

Echo (JSON, like httpbin):  /get  /anything/<any path>  /ip  /headers  /user-agent  /uuid  /status/<code>
Notes:  /notes/<name>?add=<text>   appends a note (max 2000 characters)
        /notes/<name>              reads every note in that notebook
Board:  /board?post=<text>         posts are held for review

Notebook names: 1-64 characters, a-z 0-9 . _ -. Anyone who knows a notebook's name can read it;
there is no list of notebooks. Notes must not contain personal data or credentials.
Captures by the Wayback Machine's Save Page Now work: saving /notes/<name>?add=... adds the note.
Requests, including notes, are logged.
